I ordered from Joey back in September and was told 4-6 weeks. In November, I contacted them to say I haven't received it; they responded 4 more weeks.
8 weeks later, they said they were waiting for the materials because of customs and tariffs, and they were expecting them in 10 days or so. I asked for a refund and received automatic radio silence.

Danger, buyer beware! My swing arrived damaged and missing parts, making it unusable.
Customer support has been completely nonexistent and doesn't reply to emails for help! The representative who sold it to me has taken no responsibility in solving the problem. What a $1,100 mistake!
You would think the customer support would match the high price for the product. I would not recommend.

Cushions magically appeared today over 6 months from time ordered. No notice even sent that they were sent.
They are thieves; they take your money and then don't ship the product. They continue to say it's out of stock, then in stock, and that it will ship by the end of the week, but it never gets shipped.
They create a shipping label when ordered, but it never gets shipped. They have stopped replying to the emails. I have asked for my money back, but there is no response.
I ordered at the end of December. It is now July and there is no product, no responses, so they have stolen my money.

Received a voicemail 3 weeks ago saying I would receive a tracking number the following week with shipment information. That never occurred and I never received my order. Worst company ever!
Ordered an overpriced swing (same swings are on national websites for less than half the cost) during a local art show. Their website says all orders ship within 25-30 business days.
Six weeks and no communication or order status, just the receipt I was handed at the show. Had I seen these reviews first I would have never made the purchase.
I try to support small businesses but this one isnt worth your time or money. If you see them pop up at a show, walk on by.

I ordered a two person swing from a dealer at a local festival on September 17th. He said the items would be delivered in approximately three weeks.
The stand arrived the next week so I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to see on the UPS tracking that a label had been created and they were waiting for shipment information on the second package. I emailed the company on October 31st, once we hit the six week mark. They asked me to provide the receipt showing that I'd paid and I responded with verification immediately.
I heard nothing else from them so I sent another email on November 2nd, no response. Today I arrived home to a box that was partially opened, the wood that is part of the swing is scuffed, the rope that accompanies the swing was outside the box and someone taped over it. It's so mangled that I don't think UPS could have even done this. I have no idea what I'm missing and what's broken inside the box.
I've taken pictures and contacted the company but if history repeats itself I won't hear from these people. Do NOT buy a swing from this company.
If it seems like a good deal, and special event pricing is only for that event, don't fall for it. It doesn't matter how much money you save if it's unusable.

- - Promised Double Swing, Cover & Stand in 2-4 weeks, but no update for over a month.
- - BBB report filed; they are non-responsive and disputing a refund.
Attended a home show back in March. Was told that I would receive the Double Swing, Cover & Stand in 2-4 weeks.
Now we are over a month and no communication until I filed a BBB report on this customer. Now they are trying to FIGHT us on the request of a REFUND!
I would not buy anything from this company or any rep, the Rep is also non responsive and they just want to take your money without any communication.
I'll take this fight to what ever level I have to and will not go away!
Lesson - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
