I wish to ask about soft topped socks & my order

ordered 2 white vests in medium they were too big hving tried one on could only send one back , so please can i order one vest in small in navy and return one medium in white unusedbe patient

I ordered the ankle high pop socks you advertise because they show a long welt both on your website and, I now find, on the box. In fact the welt is only 1/2 an inch and therefore not what I thought I was buying.

I bought 4 packs , two for a friend who has to have the long welt because she needs things higher and softer around the ankle for healthy reasons.

Personally I just don't like this style.

How do I return them given that I have opened one pack. Clearly I don't want to throw away £23.

Please advise how I affect a free return.
