Lies about shipping, bad customer service

I ordered product on December 10th and was assured it would arrive in time for Christmas. It arrived AFTER Christmas.

I following shipping on tracking receipt and tried to contact company but not one answered the phone. I also emailed and they never responded until the day after Christmas to let me know my package was scheduled for delivery that day. I looked at tracking detail and it took them 8 days --yes 8 days--to get my order out of their warehouse. They offered no apology.

It cost me $17 to ship my Christmas gifts to recipient because sockaddict did not deliver.

This company is dishonest and unreliable. Do not order from them.

FALSE SHIPPING ADVERTISED - WAIT FOREVER

***. I ordered socks on Friday and they did not leave the warehouse until Tuesday. I guess I'm that 1% SUPER UNSATISFIED NEVER AGAIN CUSTOMER WHO WAS DUPED BY THIS AWFUL COMPANY!! Shipping states on website 7-10 days, but when I called customer service, they told me it they cannot deliver on time.

Well, I wouldn't have ordered them.

Winter will be over! I asked if they could offer a discount for being dissatisfied and came back with "You've already gotten a discount and free shipping." Well I had to buy over $100 for that free shipping and the SOCKS ARE NOT HERE.
