Sociograph.io over-promised and under-delivered also no refund
I needed a list of all members exported from one of my Facebook groups. I saw that Sociograph.io had a service and one of the features listed is it pulls all user names.
IT DOES NOT. The export I got did not contain a list of users, just an export of all of the posts and *** from the group I didn't need!
The first problem showed up when my export never came thru. I paid around $10 for a report and they did respond the first time I contacted them the next day and told me it was "Still processing", seems odd for a group of only 1,000 or so people. Finally a few minutes later it "miraculously" came thru.
It was NOT what I expected at all. No list of usernames.
I replied back and complained about not delivering what they promised but now they refuse to respond or refund me. There is no easy way to contact those fools either.
