Only received partial order. Customer service is unreachable.
Very frustrating. I ordered Christmas wrapping paper and two sets only had 2 sheets of wrapping instead of 4.
Have tried reporting to customer service via email and there is no 800 number or live person to talk to. The wrapping paper was beautiful but I did not receive what was advertised.

Outrageous S&H fees and NO customer service phone number-is that legal?
I ordered three comforters AT SAME TIME and was charged $15 for three separate boxes so $45 total. What couldnt they all come in one box for $15 total?
Also I sent them an email about this and got NO RESPONSE! Also they have NO customer service number!!
