This company has an extremely small office so if you are the new hire you are alienated and treated like a second class citizen. When problems are escalated within the company, management will find a way to turn the situation around and you will be the one that is thrown under the bus.
The work environment is not friendly at all. No one talks to one another.
For fear of being reprimanded. That type of environment is enough to drive a person crazy.They fire employees with families without just cause or remorse and think they can get away with it by hiding behind lawyers.
