AI Highlights
  • - New hires feel alienated in a small office.
  • - Management blames staff and throws employees under the bus.
  • - Environment is not friendly; no one talks.

This company has an extremely small office so if you are the new hire you are alienated and treated like a second class citizen. When problems are escalated within the company, management will find a way to turn the situation around and you will be the one that is thrown under the bus.

The work environment is not friendly at all. No one talks to one another.

For fear of being reprimanded. That type of environment is enough to drive a person crazy. They fire employees with families without just cause or remorse and think they can get away with it by hiding behind lawyers.

Laura, you were fired because you were a lousy employee. You showed up late and drank on the job.

The vodka and gummy bears was the last straw.

SWE is a great place to work. That is, if you know what the world means by "work."
