No respect for customers

Good company, but you can only get them through email and they do not have a phone number. I've been dealing with them for over a week and you have to write them time after time just to get a response and all they will tell you is, we answer within 24 hours. Huh? If there was only another company with the same brand like Socialengine. Their customer service skills is terrible and I don't know how much longer I can take. If there is another company, please let me know. I will do anything just to fine a company I can talk to and get the help I need and not through email. Feel like I am talking to another country.

SocialEngine

I've been a customer with socialengine for about a year at first they were really meant well but now that the company has grow a little they treat customers with disrespect and even when you pay for support you don't get any or your money back because once you install a 3party plugins they wont help you. I have spend around 20,000 dollars in building my site the way it is and when I turned to the main company to get support they failed me and treat me like a garbage. I recommend anyone to get all their plugins free from SocialEngineForum or similar sites that will give you everything for free , even free support.
