Denied Disability

I paid into the disability benefits. All medical records were retrieved. Stopped going to the pain clinic couldn't afford it. Judge said if I quit smoking I could afford it. The way I was dressed I didn't look depressed. I was denied my disability benefits. Filed a reconsideration and was still denied. Reapplied denied again. I was thrown from attorney to attorney as they were having issues in their office. They were no help at all.

Complaint to Acting Commissioner Kijakazi

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

In March 2022 I've submitted proof of work to local SSA office. Office woman (no IDs, business cards) and office Manager told me that they provide no evidence of papers given to SSA.

In "private" both of them said that "VOICE" or direct signal (they mean HAVANA Syndrome signal) prohibits them to provide receipts of documentation submitted to SSA. Today in the USA over 5 MLN people walk on streets until they die due to SSA denied payments. I did make complaints to Acting Commissioner Kijakazi, many Congressman and Congresswoman, US Department of State, FBI. They do not respond.

However, Law to get benefits for themselves reflects their business - HAVANA Act on 10/08/2021 became public Law No: 117-46 Mr.

SS is a paid in retirement program paid in by "Working" and "Paying in Taxes", not public welfare. Get a job then you won't be on the street. Get off the *** work 35 years, pay into the SS system, then apply for retirement as the program is suppose to be, not free loading off my tax dollars......

Amount of Medicare payment and lack of response to resolve issue

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I am paying an unreasonable amount for Medicare. They are basing my payment on the year of taxes I was working (10.5 months of the year) plus some retirement funds I took to buy property.

I have sent paperwork in (SSA-44 reconsideration due to life change event) and the first paperwork the local office said they did not receive.

I mailed it again and was denied. This started in early May 2022 and I received my denial letter on June 29, 2022.

I sent in with this paperwork my 2021 tax return.

I then sent in paperwork for (HA-501-U5 Request for Hearing)..

SS received this document August 6th and I was able to verify they had all they needed to complete my request.

I have been dealing with this since May 2022 and it is now September 2022. I have left numerous message for the local SS office and called the national line and still have not received a phone call with an update on my information.

I find the system beyond frustrating, they do not communicate nationally and locally and they are down right inconsiderate and rude.

This is money I was counting on to buy groceries, gas and pay bills.

Preferred solution: resolution to medicare payment

User's recommendation: Find out what you medicare payment will be based on prior to your retirement. SS needs to update their systems and have some compassion.

The retirement funds you took count as income. There is no option but to increase your charge the next year. If you did not have those funds as income in 2022, your 2023 portion will decrease.

I understand the retirement is income but what they are basing my Medicare payment on and what is showing in my social security account as earned income are two different dollar figures. My biggest complaint is the way they treat you when you are trying to resolve an issue. They will not return a phone call, after numerous calls, they are very rude and inconsiderate.

Worse than ever!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

dont answer. hang up each half hour.

nobody ever gives even a alias--know that no calls listen or record. they go thru motions, staff like robots are the reason more insolvent sooner? SSA does run out of money in nine to 12 years. they retire on that funding its built in union+ private banks steady livelihood + benefits many decades for the mannequins and the brain dead moaners on the phone line just one minute an hour.

so we all who are ssi ssdi and retired could do job instead. we would do much better for those in our own shoes. we could at least care/ sve the ssa budget with sweat equity of contributing lite part time different bilitie languages and experiences. ssa has failed us and will soon be over.

these jerks ignore us worse than four years ago or twenty years in past. they are just absent inside their souls and in side their heads empty too. many people likely last person dealt with before attempt to leave this world by choice.surely heavy drinking and drugs caused by this bunch. they are so nice + helpful to everybody.such a fan club the staff must have locally!

hide like irs do ! a given to be exasperated by their apathy.so much more difficult to fix errors or get information or their services than as if they had a were closed recording on-- that plays in loop without any when or who. snide and snooty. nearly extinct yet no alternate management style for many decades.

where and how does all that budget evaporate? pathetic 90 years soon. ssa will be dead by year 100. @#$%^&* Riddance!!!

retired disabled and not working much could have saved them disaster. sicophants drained ssa and skipped away. their pension semi secure their ideals health and futures still intact. purge party an idea.print me some bouncey checks before they empty those buildings for new socialist mandates and zoos for elderly over 55 veterans blind disabled and pot addled least of these broken citizens.

past kept in past.

abandon forget repeat. Idiots June 30, 2022 from west coast "usa"

Social Security has not responded. I have called several times, no return calls after being told that the Supervisor would call. So, now, Senator Jon Tester’s office has all of the documents and is looking into it.

I was charged with fraud due to the claims that I received that much child support and have taken it from me and a lot more. I filed an appeal over 4 months ago they have 90 days. They have not paid me a penny since August of 2020, which is not legal at all. I proved that I never owed them the money and I cant get any response from anyone. They are showing that they are paying me and thats wrong and I cant get any response!!!!!

HORRIBLE experiences with Aurora, Colorado social security office. Trying to assist my developmentally disabled son with SSI issues. They are incompetent, rude and LIE.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Months of horrible service with every Single person I talk to. Most wont give you their name.

Trying to figure out my sons SSI benefit amount issues, issues with prior Rep Payee, many things. First call today guy refused to give me a manager when I told him he wasnt giving me the right answers, and he wouldnt give me the name of my sons case manager or send me to them, what is up with that??? This guy Claimed there was zero record of them having received wage history or record of a payment received for $1,991 for an overpayment former rep payee made. Told him he was wrong, look closer.

Had to call back, he was soooo rude. Next person kept saying same thing, I kept telling them they were wrong, and guess what? They finally found record of all the wages, and that a payment had been received for the overpayment. They tried to tell me that i wasnt asking the questions the right way.

Said there wasnt an actual complaint process, they didnt really have a manager to talk to, when I told her I didnt believe that she said well, Im actually trying to tell you they wont call you back, youll just end up having to talk to me. She told me their case managers dont handle a persons entire case, that a claimant can have many case managers. What kind of B.S. are these people trying to sell?

Why are they so purposefully incompetent, unhelpful, LIARS.

My son told her he wasnt working anymore as of 6/18/2021. Per everything Ive read and been told, he has to call and tell them. Have to be on hold like 30 minutes for this stupidness. Guess what?

Cheryl at this office said that they REQUIRE A LETTER IN WRITING FROM THE EMPLOYER TO PROVE HE IS NO LONGER WORKING. Absolute BS!!! I told her so, she tried to say that every state has this requirement. Really?

How come the last job he had years ago they didnt require this??? They are purposefully being difficult and just plain obnoxious.

I want to file a complaint!!! Where can I get help, Now. I cannot Stand to work with these idiots for the next 4 decades.

They have ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. We have a right, actually MY SON HAS A RIGHT TO DECENT AND ACCURATE customer service, and a RIGHT TO ANSWERS WITHOUT ALL THE CRAP AND MIS-INFORMATION.

Who can I call? Who can I write to?

I want to picket that office with 200 people and get the news out there to draw attention to these jerks.

These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR DISABLED CLIENTS. There is absolutely ZERO reason for any of these incompetent, selfish, rude people to work for an agency that is supposed to be working for PEOPLE - people with SPECIAL NEEDS.

I played to much on a overpayment so they said it didn't recognize it. Now they owe me money. So was told to call another number, waited again over a HR and one dropped call. The different numbers for one simple problem they could fix. I tried doing the right thing but I feel I should of never paid them anything!
