Update for order# 591476-SP
To the employees of SoccerPro:
I ordered a pair of cleats from your site the 11th of January 2023 and unfortunately until now the 13th of February, I have not received an update from you. I have made an account with SoccerPro and says that the order is still processing, other than that I didn't even receive an email confirmation.
I trust that you will do the right thing and give me an estimated time for shipping or a full refund if it's not possible within this month of February. The amount $186.29 was taken out of my account and the order number is 591476-SP.
