Hotel practice
Just stayed last night Feb 21 2025 was rousted out of our rooms by an evacuation alarm everyone went outside, no reason given , no official all cleared . Finally got back in our room and the room next doors occupants were partying and yelling and hollering till 5.30 am.
Called security they came up and said something to them all to no avail , they were yelling and hollering before security got to the elevators . The place should be called circus circus for as much professionalism thats shown.
The front desk girl gave us the required look of horror and said oh Im sorry. The Soaring Eagle will now be known as the walking Turkey their to full of st to fly !!

never win at casino offer $5 in free play dont cover gas to get there then they have a promotion random pick your age get free play what a joke age 71 x.10 you get $7 in freeplay then 2 hour wait to get on card this cadino is one of the worse dont ever have winners and say they dupport are troops bull

5:30 am sagining casino, Took my big cup down to the floor. 7:30 a.m.
Guard t5ells me to dump the coffee, can't use that cup. Tells me to dump it out in trash, that will make a mess for the clean up crew. I then packed up and my group also. out of there quickly, never to come back again.
Will go to Firekeepers from now on. Mad300dog@***.com

Food posion for a week i almost died ordered cod fish back with the order in 5 min that mesn it was pre cooked wich is gross for fish no one wants warmed over fish how long was it sitting I never been so sick I felt that I was going to Die

Did they offer anything for the inconvenience? A good hotel asks guests to be quiet twice and kicks them out on the 3rd offense.
