37 Market Place Kingston KT1 1J0 Yesterday, I was given an order at the address of that store. I went to receive the order. Then there was the assistant manager. Se served me but his behavior was very bad. Se treated me very badly. Maybe it's your company's notoriety. Customers don't like to go. I hope you understand my problem. Please investigate.

So Sweaty - No package received
I placed an order on 19/02/20 I did not receive until today. Send to many emails I have no answer. What can I do to get my money refund or at least my order? Never received my items

I ordered masks in March... STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM despite getting an email saying that they shipped and will be here in 11 days. I wrote them asking for a tracking number and instead of getting a response...I received a flood of emails from them...every two days my email was filled with so sweaty sending me ads about buying face masks... which is infuriating because they havent even sent my original 4 masks. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

Made order 16 April 2020. Goods never received. Previous report I made on here elicited and immediate response from So Sweaty that my order had just been despatched (!) and to wait another 11 business days. That was days ago. Every review I have read of this company says the same. BEWARE

Almost as soon as I posted here, I got an email saying they were just posting my item, and to allow up to 11 business days for it to arrive (after waiting weeks for it, it was only then being posted???). Of course there has been no delivery, now over that deadline, so I’ve asked for a full refund. Will update on outcome.
