I recieved the wrong size shoe and I want to excahnge it.

I ordered a pair of women's shoes in size 8.5 USA size.. ankle pink shoes

I received a size 10 in that size instead. Where do I send them back to to exchange?

User's recommendation: Trying to return something isn't easy. I still have the wrong size without and I have no idea if the right one is coming.

I have tried reaching out several times and not heard back once! I bought 2 pairs of flip flops and both of them broke in the same week, in different ways.

I paid over 100 for these and they should be better quality for a lot longer. Im not happy!

Preferred solution: I would like 2 new pairs of 6.5 womans sandals because the ones I bought for almost $100 broke!
