I too tried this site..and too call to comfirm my items..spoke with one who was not professional but was helpful..1st problem..the outfit i ordered was a large but i am a true extra large but wanted this outfit to fit tight...now when i recieved this high school project was very disappointed ..and it was wayyyyt to big and the sheer was too dark..2md problem had a hard time reaching someone..3rd problem had to pay to have it shipped back ..4th problem they sent me the same piece. Of *** back

At first the person I was talking to was (via text) very helpful but once I told them I didn't receive the dress until after the event I was having I didn't get any more responses.
Let's talk about the dress!
The fabric is the cheapest thing in the world and you can see the threads hanging out the garment. I was very disappointed.
I tried contacting them again but got no response.. I'm always will to give a second chance but the customer service was so bad I will never again especially after spending so much money.

I have nothing but good things to say about so fab. I have ordered four outfits from there and they have all came in a timely manor.
Each time I have ordered they have all taken no more than three-four days to receive them and they have all fit perfectly fine. My most recent purchase I ordered the lace up dress and I accidentally pressed small and I needed a medium, I contacted the number and told them what happened and they sent me out the correct size.
I will be ordering many more outfits from them in the future. #SatisfiedCustomer

Bad dress
I ordered a dress. It didn't arrive as i wanted it to, plus it took almost two weeks to receive it.
I called in my order and they did not take my measurements properly. The dress also had a small hole on the bottom. They do not want to send me another one free of charge, and they want me to purchase another one. Bad customer service.
Not professional at all. Didnt even have a business line it was someones cell phone, not to mention i had to talk to a guy.
When buying clothes i would rather talk to a female. He didnt seem concerned at all.
I had the exact same thing happen to me...dress was totally not what I was expecting. .plus not to mention it took a while to get to me...finally got it an was not satisfied at all..I am upset at the fact that i paid as much as I did for it and didnt recieve exactly what I wanted and its un-refundable...Very poor customer service. :(

Customer service Sucks!
I ordered a two piece outfit and when it arrived it was not the length I wanted. When they asked for my measurements they only asked for waist, bust and hips.
They also asked me the length of the skirt but never told me the proper way to measure. I spent $80 on this outfit and was told I can't send it back to get another length. I have to pay all over again. I had to call him back when's he was suppose to call me back yesterday.
What a way to keep someone coming back??!!
I'm pissed and would not recommend anyone buying from them. Thy can kiss my ***!!

Yeah got a dress from here a couple years ago....had to get it modified....cheap material stitching not right looks like your ordering somethong from china
Were you ever able to get your money back or speak with someone? I ask because i was interested in purchasing a dress from them but was skeptical because of instagram shopping isnt always the best.
