Advise of bereavement

Last week I contacted So energy to advise that my husband had passed away (24/11/23) . He was the named customer on the contract we have with your company.

I wished to transfer the contract to my name. I was advised that I would have to send a copy of the death certificate ( other utilities have simply asked me for the ref number on top of the certificate) I was told that I would be sent forms to complete on line. I was not told how or where to send the death certificate.

Nothing has come to me at the email address I gave. I am distressed enough as it is without all this hassle and am considering changing my energy provider if things are not sorted out.
