App doesn’t work on smart tv. No answer from support

The app on my smart tv does not load to watch and when it did load was supper laggy. Ive tried to call for support numerous times and have never gotten a response.

The app freezes and plays commercials every time you restart which is every 3 minutes you miss the whole game this is a joke

SNY Streaming Issue

I'm very disappointed in SNYs decision to make their own streaming service given the fact that it isn't reliable. I can get it on my phone but I have to refresh after every inning and worked only once on my laptop and then told "We are Sorry! ERROR 3002 has ocurred Your travel rights have expired for this device." Please fix this, this is unacceptable!

Morning Brief

Congratulations on the new app. Ive down loaded it and enjoy it. I have contacted SNY in the past to try and get back on your mailing list. I used to be on the mailing list and received morning briefings that were excellent. When I got a new phone I stopped getting the morning emails and I am hoping that you can put me back on your mailing list. Thanks for your efforts on this matter and keep up the good work. Forward to reading your response. Martin
