Fresno and Clovis dealers for Snug Top are not very much help

- - I bought an '08 Tacoma with a color-matched lid and lifetime color guarantee; the gel coat is separating.
I am a disabled Marine, and I belong to DAV. When I purchased my '08 Tacoma pickup from the dealer, they included a lid the same color as the truck with a lifetime guarantee for the color.
However, the gel coat is separating, and I cannot get any satisfaction from the local dealers.

Date: 12-30-2024 Do not buy a Snug top they blister in one or two years; the Co. does not fix any problems with the top within a reasonable amount of time. I bought my top from Daco in Van Nuys, and
- - Do not buy a Snug Top; blistering occurs in 1–2 years.
- - Repairs take months; 2 months for an answer, then 5–6 months to repair.
It has been since 11-26-2024 I have not received any word. Snugtop obviously pays no attention to Pissed Consumer.
Snugtop does not give a dam about this issue. I Truley need a platform that makes a difference.
Please! any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do not buy a Snug top they blister in one or two years; the Co. does not fix any problems with the top within a reasonable amount of time.
I bought my top from Daco in Van Nuys, and they told me they have to get an answer from Snug Top, they may of may not fix it. I was told it will take 2 months to get that answer. I was also told that one I get an approval for repairer it will take another 5 to 6 months before I see my top again. They have to send it to Mexico!!
8 months is ridiculous amount of time to get something fixed. I bought the top from Daco 2-12-2015.
Brought to Daco for repairs 11-26-2024. Its now 12-30-2024 still no answers!!

I bought my Snugtop from Daco in Van Nuys CA. they were to contact you so you could paint the pealing camper shell I bought.
What a joke
I have trying to get an answer from Snugtop since 11-26-2024 have not heard anything as of yet. I'm in the process of contacting the State Attorney General on this issue.

3k and no product!
- - Topper color was wrong after April 2022 order.
- - Fuel door and topper sent for paint match; eight months later still missing.
Bought a brand new color matched topper in April of 2022. Color came in wrong.
They took my fuel door and the topper back to paint match. Fast forward 8 months and im still driving a pickup with no fuel door or topper. Dealer just keeps telling me should only be a few more weeks.
This is past the point of unacceptable. Please think twice before you do business with snugtop or any of there other brands.

The shocks on the window of my camper shell have failed after two years. I have owned there product before with no complaints.
This is a poor design.
