Bought a brand new color matched topper in April of 2022. Color came in wrong. They took my fuel door and the topper back to paint match. Fast forward 8 months and im still driving a pickup with no fuel door or topper. Dealer just keeps telling me should only be a few more weeks. This is past the point of unacceptable. Please think twice before you do business with snugtop or any of there other brands.

The shocks on the window of my camper shell have failed after two years. I have owned there product before with no complaints. This is a poor design. The window is to heavy for the shocks that hold the window open. paid 3K for a product that lasted only two years
