Dissatisfied, will never order again
The company that handles the shipping and handling for snuggiestore, ensom, is god awful. It took them over TWO WEEKS just to get my 1 Snuggie from their warehouse IN NV to the fedex IN NV!!
their website states allow 5-10 days for item to arrive, its been over 15 BUSINESS DAYS and still hasnt left NV! Never order from this company, just go buy in store or dont buy at all.
Would give 0/5 stars if I could. Im not mad just disappointed

Placed an order and still waiting for my order
Placed my order for two snuggies for Christmas gifts and its been over a week and they place a fedex tracking number but fedex hasnt received it in their facility yet. Tried to contact them and they lied and blamed fedex for the delay. There is only an email address so I guess I will wait one more week if not Im going to the BBB to file a complaint

Apparently it takes a full week to process an order, that I expected to be here by the time it was done processing (7-10 days). Plus, by the time it got done processing (when I expected I would have it) it was going to take another week to ship to me, thus missing the gift giving.
I'm going to have to apologize to someone for this websites inability to process or ship anything in a decent time frame. And just to make the whole thing worse, I couldn't cancel the order because it was being processed, which takes 2 days. In that time period alone, I could cancel this order and order it on amazon and have it shipped to me.
I could physically have the item, before this website would even be a forth of the way to processing my order. I will never buy anything from this website ever again.

Poor quality
My daughter received a mermaid snuggie for Christmas and the first time she put it in, it ripped at the bottom. I went to sew it and found more places where it had torn.
The stitching will NOT hold. The material is very cheap!
My Order was confirmed, but they have no record of it!
Strangest thing. I received an email order confirmation which did not happen to contain an order number.
I failed to notice it. After 3 weeks the order had not arrived. I never revived a shipping confirmation. They do not have an email address so I had to call.
I got a vague response about one system not communicating with the other. They had absolutely no record of my order which I found impossible to believe. Having experience working for a mail-order company, I am hoping that since the order did not ship, my credit card will not be charged.
If you place an order, be extremely cautious!!!! I did replace the order and sit here with fingers crossed hoping that it will arrive.

My Snuggie Store - Customer Care Review
Ordered online Dec 11th, no status change at all on Dec 14th. Called CS.
The Rep told me what I already knew, nothing more. Um, yes, I am wondering when it might actually be shipped. She said sometimes it takes awhile. What does that mean?
Dead silence when prompted for more info. So I took care of her job and answered my own questions. "It isnt unusual for 4 days with no action so I shouldn't worry, etc.". She said in monotone, "yeah".
I told her the info I gave myself was helpful, however it would have been nice to hear it from her. Silence. I mean silence until I hung up. This was the worst experience I ve ever had with a "Customer Service " representative.
I looked for ANY way to contact via email this company to discuss this experience, and what a surprise, theres no contact number for that.
So, Snuggie Management, or call center Supervisors, listen to the call at 6:47am Mountain Time on 12/14 for order number 100015**** for a SERIOUS coaching opportunity. I sincerely hope the very simple questions I had are not indicative of your product quality.
My Snuggie Store - Snuggies Review from Squaw Lake, Minnesota
I placed an order for 6 snuggies on December 19. I paid a large amount for 2 day shipping.
As of today, December 22, the items still have not shipped. A FedEx label has been created. But the items have not made it to a FedEx location yet. I'm very upset by this, as I needed the items today, the 23rd.
I can tell you, each time i have spoken with customer service, they have been kind. And did offer a $10 discount. Now, i am a huge amazon shipped. I have prime.
with them, 2 day shipping means 2 day shipping! I have never received an order late.
So i expected the same from the my snuggie store. Had i known they would not arrive on time, i would have never ordered them.

I wish i had read the reviews. I live in canada so this reasonably priced blanket becomes an arm and a leg.
Not to mention I had to dpend another 15 just to pick the *** thing up from the post office. Im totally willing to forgive this but we open it up and its the wrong color. They sent me camo when even the reciept says blue plaid. Now shipping it back and having them send the right one is logical so i call them within the hours their website says they are open only to fond its totally wrong.
And because of where i live it would be very difficult to get ahold of them in any of my waking/not working hours.
And honestly i would probably have to spend more on shipping and picking up than the *** thing is worth. Total balls.
Deceptive Practices still being practiced!!
Upon order the Snuggie as a gift, I paid extra shipping to "guarantee shipping date by December 24th" The item wasn't shipped until December 22nd with a delivery date of December 30th. As of today, December 28th, the delivery date has been moved to December 31st.
When contacting the company they were very rude, and offered no suggestions to the issue, blaming it on FedEx. This company sucks!!!
I would never suggest anyone purchasing from them. Since being required to enter at least 80 words, allow me to emphasize, THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!

My Snuggie Store - Snuggie Review from Portsmouth, New Hampshire
I'm dealing with the same thing most customers seem to have already dealt with through this site. paid the extra for "expedited" shipping "guaranteed in 3-5 business days" because I needed it for Christmas.
Safe to say that won't be happening. I ordered it 8 business days ago. In the email it says "order confirmed. You will receive another email with link and number to track package.
Note: once account has been charged item is in shipping process" well I received just that email and not said second email with link and code. My account was charged 24 hours after ordering. It has now been 8 days I still haven't gotten the product or another email with any info.
Also the link in the 1st (and only) email they sent me doesn't work. Regardless of the quality of the product I will never order through this site again!
Purchased two snuggies. Had an issue and they fixed the issue very easily!
I purchased two snuggies and should have got free shipping. When I got billed they added the shipping cost.
I phone their customer service line and was helped right away no automated service! The CS said they actually had a promotion that was a buy one get one and he would give me that instead. So I saved an extra $5. I was just looking for getting my shipping back, but got more.
I like how easy it was to talk to someone and how easy it was for them to fix it.
I would contact customer support before getting angry at the company.
Poor service - sent wrong items
This company (Mysnuggiestore.com) has to have the WORST customer service experience I've ever had with an online service. My Snuggies didn't arrive on time for Christmas and the excuse given was "bad weather out west".
Since they are in Connecticut, that makes no sense. The cusotmer service Rep was extremely rude and didn't offer any help. In addition to this, when they FINALLY came, they sent me the wrong colors! I ordered a green and blue and got two red ones.
I'm looking for any sites to put other comments. I read another comment on a blog that they add a $10 fee for shipping from Canada so if I see that on my charge card, I will REALLY be pissed!
Snuggie - nothing more than a gimmick!
My dad bought my mom a Snuggie for Christmas one year it is was pink and made out of obviously very cheap fabric. It is not very warm, think, or soft and cheap fabric that is not built to last long.
A completely worthless product and total waste of money! Do not believe the hype at all! You are better off buying a coat or regular blanket. After you wash it a few times the fabric starts to ball up.
We still try to make use of it because we don't want to waste anything but I would never buy one.

I have never received such awful customer service from an internet company. I ordered a snuggie for my child and it was back ordered but the company does not believe in notifying customers until after one month of placing original order.
If you ask to speak to a supervisor, they are always in meetings. Do not bother leaving a message on voice mail because the supervisors do not return calls. I spoke to Jonathan, a supervisor, who did not care that I cancelled the order!! He did not try to even convince me to give his company a second chance.
I believe in this economy, companies should not take customers for granted.
I spoke to several customer service representatives and they need serious customer service training. I highly suggest you do not order from this company.

Order did not move for 4 days. This is unbelievable in a day where companies cry about loosing sales to Amazon, they just sit on the order.
Maybe they lied and did not have it in stock and ready to ship. As soon as I saw that they are completely inept, I went searching for it in stock at retailers. Bed Bath and Beyond had it, but is was deceptively shown in stock, not really, order online. They guy in the store said he had never seen them in the store.
They had a similar item called the Comfy. Purchased it and took it home before the Snuggie order moved to a Fedex truck, so had it before Christmas. My wife loves it.
Thanks Snuggy for directing me to a likely better product. Jan 4th, still haven't received the snuggy ordered Dec 16th.
