Never sent item, no refund

I have emailed the company repeatedly about an order they never filled or refunded from over a year ago. No response.

I sent a certified letter the company headquarters - returned as undeliverable. DO NOT buy from this company.

Unable to contact customer service and they don’t respond to emails

I recently submitted a return request but despite following proper protocol, I never heard back from them. Then I sent an email asking about the status of the return and never heard back from them.

The item cost almost $300 which is not inexpensive. If you want a hassle-free return experience shop elsewhere!

Horrible customer service

I give this place no stars. I brought I snowsuits for my snow trip and when I received my item, the item was too small.

I asked for an exchange only to find out they dont have anything that would fit me.. tried to ask for my money back. Couldnt speak to anyone. Everything was threw e-mail.

They wouldnt send me the proper return sticker n wanted me to send it threw back to the post office which was 50 dollars.. they told me they wouldnt give me my full refund only a certain percentage.

This place is a scam and stole my money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

False Advertising

I was searching for snow pants and Snowverb kept coming up with nice looking options and the reviews seemed positive. I ordered a pair of snow pants based on their websites measurement recommendations and they're too tight so wanted to return them per their posted policy.

I followed the return policy perfectly, including keeping the packaging it was originally shipped in. I requested the return and they responded requiring photo's of the product and proof tags were still on, unused, and in original packaging which I did. Their next response was to ask me if I would accept a 15% discount credited to my card in return for keeping them and if I had someone who I could consider giving them to as a gift. I didn't and still wanted to return them.

They're next email was to notify me that they're not accepting returns due to COVID and they could not return my order, even though their website clearly states their current return policy. I screen shot the return policy and sent it back to them. They then came back and reiterated they couldn't return it (but they can accept more orders, which they asked if I would like to order something else with a discount) After another rejection from my end and another request to return them they then said they're US location is closed (which is the only address on their entire website) and in order to return them I would have to ship them back to Taiwan. Shipping is more than the cost of the pants.

They continue to advertise and continue to take orders advertising an easy return policy when they know they cannot return them.

I'm fine with returning them to the Delaware address they have listed on the website for a refund as they advertise but not to Taiwan given this is nowhere to be found on their site.

If I knew they wouldn't accept returns and/or were shipping and located in Taiwan I would never have ordered from them. Only after multiple emails did I finally learn this.
