Unsanitary Conditions
The maids washed glass coffee cups in the bathroom sink with used linens and the hotel had no other clean cups for the maids to use. This is a terrible violation of sanitary standards and this hotel should be considered unsafe. I asked for styrofoam cups but they had none in the hotel and only provided us with unwrapped plastic drinking cups that could not be used for coffee. I asked for the Manager, Greg Smith to contact me while we were still at the hotel but he did not do so. I discussed this problem with him when checking out and he offered no solution to this issue.
