Unsanitary Conditions
- - Maid washed glass cups in the bathroom sink.
- - No clean cups, plastic cups provided but not usable for coffee, and manager Greg Smith did not contact us.
The maids washed glass coffee cups in the bathroom sink with used linens and the hotel had no other clean cups for the maids to use.
This is a terrible violation of sanitary standards and this hotel should be considered unsafe.
I asked for styrofoam cups but they had none in the hotel and only provided us with unwrapped plastic drinking cups that could not be used for coffee.
I asked for the Manager, Greg Smith to contact me while we were still at the hotel but he did not do so. I discussed this problem with him when checking out and he offered no solution to this issue.
