PartsTree - Poor service

Ordered snow thrower parts overnight delivery, they didn't have either part in stock and supposed sent me out an email notifying me but it was not received. I have snow storm on the way and non working snowthrower. Go to your dealer to buy parts, avoid this online parts supplier.

Ariens - Poor quality
by AverageDuskyDolphin708 #14728471.0
I purchased an Ariens 24" Compact snowblower, model 920014 in the spring of 2014. Since the purchase, I had to fix the pull rope which frayed/broke in 2018.
Also in 2018, the unit began not shift into either reverse speed and will only go forward (even though shift gear is in reverse). The Briggs & Stratton engine also runs rough.
Obviously the warranty has expired and I am stuck with a poorly crafted snowblower. I will never purchase an Ariens product again and wanted to let other consumers know about their poorly constructed products.

On Jan 21, 2018 I purchased a Toro snowblower for $1,200. It lasted for only three uses.
Now it is a paperweight. The repair shop says it will be over a week to look at it.
It is less than a month old. They should replace it.

I have a three year ofd Husqvarna snowblower. In our first heavy snowfall this year a plastic part that probably cost about $5 to make failed rendering the machine inoperable. The failure of the plastic control panel left the machine in reverse with no way to change...
