DO NOT BUY FROM SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS
By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They do not value their customers and do not care about how they are represented.
The OWNER Brian O'Donnell acts like a child, very uncivil and over all rude. Not only did they lie about the passing the crash test WHEN THEY DO NOT, they also are very rude on the phone with customer service. Horrible company, I wish I never took my business to them. They are bad with the customer service and the owner hangs up on their customers because he disagrees with them.
Poor business practices, it's a nice product but the company sucks.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING PRODUCT FROM THEM. RUN FAR FAR AWAY AND FAST.
