I spent a better part of the morning trying to fill out a form on the p u d website. I decided to drive to the building and talk to a human.
Mostly, I wanted to vent my dissatisfaction with the company and and get them to claim responsibility for their inequities. Kim was available at the front desk? And immediately understood my plight. She (Kim) took control of the kerfuffle and solved it almost immediately.
Most of the humans that I have met at PUD have been exceptional. Today's experience was above and beyond. Your website however .
