Snip-its stole my glasses
- - • Left Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses at Snip-Its Palo Alto; staff couldn't locate them, didn't return calls, reviewer says they were dishonest.
I had my daughters birthday party at Snip-Its in Palo Alto on 11/12/11. I left my Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses and called later the following week to confirm they had them.
They looked and said yes and they would leave them at the front desk for me to pick up. When I tried to pick them up (twice) they seemed confused and said they couldn't find them. I called several times and was promised a call back and no one ever bothered to call me back.
Several times I asked to speak to the manager and they kept telling me that the manager was unavailable. These people are dishonest!
Someone stole my glasses

- - They promised to hold at the front desk but never called back.
I had my daughters birthday at Snip Its in Palo Alto, CA on 11/12/12. I left my designer Dolce & Gabanna sunglasses in the party room.
Later I called and confirmed with a worker that they were there & they would hold them for me, they said they'd leave them for me at the front desk for pick up and when I went to pick them up they were gone. I kept calling & would just get the run around.
I know they had my glasses & someone obviously stole them. They assured me someone would call me but no one ever did.

Don't leave your knockoff Dolce & Gabbana glasses laying around. I know $10 is a lot for knockoff glasses but come on.
