I ordered a dog collar for a gift. It took very long to arrive.
When I contacted them for a delivery update, they told me two more weeks. I told them to cancel it, thats much too late. Their collar cost $40 and we already waited two weeks. I got a replacement collar for $15 and it was delivered in two days.
But Sniff and Bark never replied to several emails after I told them to cancel the order.
Their package arrived about a week later. They have no intention of refunding even with the return Im sure.
