I ordered a size 12, and it was too big, so I sent them back for an 11 1/2, and Snap sent me back another 12. That’s why it happened, and that was the reason for the phone call.
Could you please send me a size 11 1/2?

Customer complaint
Needed to contact someone with Snibbs about my order. I spent almost $200 on these shoes.
No One responded to my emails about my order. They never sent it to the Carrier to get shipped out. Its been more than a week since I got an update on my order. If I get my shoes Im returning them.
I should read all the reviews. Never buying from them ever again.

False Advertisement. They claimed the sneakers are comfortable and you could walk all day with them all day and stand with them all day and it not true .so i am not happy with the sneakers and wants to return them asap. I ask for a free shipping label many times and they ignored my request.
