A while back I bought a pair of the lights for my grandson to wear to school.Have gotten them before and they wore really well.This pair began to come apart at the seams and the toe cap came loose.Wrote the sketchers site and got really no help.Luckily Super Shoe stood behind them and I was able to exchange them.Next pair was more expensive and I paid the difference.This pair has lasted 2 months time and the strap that holds the shoe on came apart at the seam.Contacted Sketchers about this and they didn't bother to answer my complaint.Never again.Thought they were more customer oriented.Guess it's the way of the world.Will try another brand in the future.

I complained to my credit card company and StockX banned me from their business. What kind of company inspects a shoe and gives it clearance with such a bad smell. They keep quoting that they do not accept returns. But it is your job to inspect the shoes.
I have never seen the shoes so how would i know that they will stink like cigarettes. If you sell anything online you have to accept returns.
Thats the whole point in buying online. If a customer can not see an item, or touch it before buying, how will we know if it is damaged?

I purchased two pair of NIKE FREE RN 2017 and never realized the size 10 for toddlers were NOT Nike Brand. I returned to the Nike Factory Store in Celebration Florida where I made the purchase with intentions to get what I pay for..the store manager swore that...

There is no paperwork when you receive your order. There is no contact information provided about who to contact if the order is not correct.
When you finally track down a number to contact them they tell you since it has been over 30 days since your order they cant help you. Very dishonest company. I have been buying Reebok for over 30 years now. I will never buy another product from them again as their products are misrepresented on their site and they do not allow a means for returns without jumping through all kinds of loops.
Very dishonest company! Now I have 2 pairs of sneakers that are going in the trash.

Highly comfort@ble shoes. Super soft cushioning but not mushy. Easily wear all day and then some. Look good too. A little secret; I accidently wore these shoes up on my metal house roof when I was pressure washing. By the time I realized I had them on they were all wet....

Started wearing ASICS in 1996. The last three pair developed holes in the toes of both shoes in less than one month of running. Will be checking out a different brand!

My order was processed and sent to distribution but never shipped. I waited over a week due to website saying it couldbtake 1-3 business days to process and also paid extra for expedited shipping.
When i went to track my package on day 9 its still showed that my package was being packaged.
I called customer service and spoke with a Stuart. He was very helpful and friendly and promised he would personally keep track of the issue and get ahold of distribution manager and find out why the package has not been shipped out.
