Someone has placed an order using my email address and my credit card. The address on file and the name do not belong to me, and these are not my orders.
I have tried using your text messaging service, and I'm told that I'm being transferred to a human representative, but even after hours of waiting, nobody responds. I need to have these orders canceled and the account closed.

I have tried reaching out multiple times to cancel an order and receive a refund; no one has gotten back to me. My cancel window has now closed, and the shoe looks to have a label created, but I want my refund still. I reached out before the cancel window closed, and I haven't gotten a response from anyone.

I was charged and decided to not want the shoes before knowing I put in a raffle. Many of times I dont win.
I asked for the refund immediately after seeing my funds withdrawn. I dont need these sneakers. Though I dont like fees and shipping cost. I simply can pass on these sneakers or get them a cheaper price.
Its nothing personal I have against Sneaker Politics. I just want my request accepted fairly and promptly.
