Assist'enGare for London/Paris/Montpelier/Perignan/ Nimes/Lille/London journey

Impossible to establish online contact to reserve passenger assistance for my disabled wife on our London - Perpignan-London, multi-sector journey . The SNCF & Ouigo sectors in particular are not contactable.

Subsequently, telephone contact (00 33 9********) - agent advised to reserve online, for EACH sector of the journey - there are 9.

Online reservation form recognised none of the verified sector codes.

Inputting each sector failed due to the date field which would only accept a single digit, 1, 2 or 3 - no double digits, instead adding an extra / and then declaring the date invalid.

Assistance? Apparently only available on 1st,2nd or 3rd of a month.

30th? No chance.

Je vous contacte car nous avons acheté sur sncf connect Deux voyages à 13 l'unité

Donc 26 au total

26 euros étaient bien indiqués dans le panier

Or, le Paiement est passé Deux fois en une, et sncf m'a facturé 52 euros aulieu de 26, pour deux fois le même voyage pour deux fois Les mêmes personnes

Quelles sont les étapes à suivre pour le remboursement ?
