Hi my name is Todd Nylaan from Grand Rapids Michigan. I drove a straight truck box truck for Airgas Dry Ice.
I earned a Snappy Gift by safe driving and staying off the camera that films inside and outside the truck for unsafe driving. I ordered a Bluetooth ear defender headphones that also play audio of music or any video of of your cell phone.
I ordered this gift Wednesday or Thursday of last week and still have not received my item. Could you please provide an update when my headphones will be delivered?
Preferred solution: Just receive the gift item I earned by safe driving for Airgas Dry Ice for the second quarter of 2026.

Incorrect GC to e mail
- - Optimum offered a GC via email, it was sent to the wrong address; please send the GC to Maggie Butler, 40-154 West 4th Street, Patchogue NY 11772.
I was offered GC from Optimum, my tv cable company who I have been with for over 20 years. I did not want or know GC was via e mail.
A recent call to them verified it was sent to me awhile ago but wrong e mail and I do not want it via e mail. Can you please send me the GC to use anywhere I was told to Maggie Butler, 40-154 West 4th Street, Patchogue NY 11772.
