The store on Hwy 80 in Phenix City, Al caused a deep scratch on my car door.
My car has tiny chip in the paint from this car wash. Snappy would not take responsibility for any damage they may cause to your vehicle.
My trip on Friday March 1, 2025 to Snappy carwash was a very bad experience for me. The dirty brush caused a deep scratch on the side of my car door. The manager told me I would be wasting my time filing a claim because it would be denied. He said it was an old scratch that had been filled in with paint.
I told him he had my permission to scratch my car with my keys to see what a new scratch would look like. I tried to put the keys in his hands and he threatened to call the cops on me if I
assaulted him again, REALLY!. This guy is young maybe in his 30s or 40s, I am a 71-year-old female.
I am tired of this car wash damaging my car and having a nasty attitude about it. I will not let this one go as easily as I have in the past.
