Hi Snappr Support,

I received a payment notice for $364.40 today, but nothing has shown in my PayPal. The email wording was confusing it said sent in the mail.

My payout method on file is PayPal.

Can you please confirm:

1. Was this payout sent to PayPal, or issued as a paper check?

2. If PayPal, can you provide the transaction ID or estimated posting time?

3. If mailed, what address was it sent to?

This is urgent as I rely on payouts to cover work expenses.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

I booked a graduation videography shoot through Snappr for April 26, 2025, and paid $424 in full back in March (03/14/2025). Just five days before the scheduled shoot, on April 21, the assigned videographer (Marcus R.) messaged me saying he could no longer make it due to a family emergency and asked if I could move the date to May 3rd.

I explained that I couldn't reschedule due to other appointments and the need to return my graduation gown right after the event. Despite that, Snappr then sent me a system-generated message asking if I approved the date change. I rejected it and immediately reached out to their chat support asking them to find a replacement videographer. They responded saying they'd look into it but later informed me they couldn't find anyone available.

I then requested a refund, but they told me the only options were to convert the amount into Snappr credit or a Snappr gift card, which I declined. Since then, Snappr has stopped responding to me entirely.

It's extremely disappointing and unfair that a platform can cancel on a client just days before an important event and then refuse to return their money. This was a special moment for me, and Snappr's poor service and lack of accountability added unnecessary stress and left me scrambling.

Snappr have done nothing to resolve this situation. They are justifying the awful photos by saying that I did not give enough guidance about what I wanted.

I gave him two backgrounds, two mannequins and two pieces of sandstone to style the jewellery. I gave direction. I did not understand that he was an incompetent. I don't think it's acceptable that Snappr sends out a photographer with no skills.

They are a disgusting scam. Avoid them at all cost.

DO NOT USE SNAPPR PHOTOGRAPHERS.
I recently used Snappr for a product shoot of three hours. I told the photographer what to do.

I gave him props - which he did not use. I used a mannequin to model the jewelry - he cut off the top of the mannequin and he positioned the earrings too far apart. He used shocking backgrounds where the colour did not match the jewelry. He's put black beads on a black mannequin - what professional photographer would do that ?

The photos are completely unuseable after shelling out $500. Their response to this situation has been as bad as the photos - hopeless. It's taken them weeks to decide to give me a $30 refund or a $50 voucher - as if I would use them again.

This behaviour is exactly the same as the Chinese scammers who send you product that's not remotely like the photographs advertising the product and then when you tell them you want a refund, it takes weeks to get any type of offer to resolve the situation and when they do decide to do something they offer you $30 and they tell you how lucky you are to be able to keep the product - which of course you don't want. /The behaviour of SAnappr is exactly the same model of scamming.

Terrible experience. My photographer was confirmed and then canceled after payment within the same minute.

No response at all from the company. I want my money back!

Do not use Snappr. It's a waste of money and time and terrible customer service.

Snappr could no find me a replacement photographer

I had booked a photographer for a Saturday and my photographer canceled on me and snappr has not found me another photographer yet my son graduation and I don't have a photographer for my son's graduations pictures because snappr failed to give me a replacement I paid 200 up front and I feel like snappr scam me. Don't ever book from Snappr all they do is give you the run around and take your money.

Photographer bailed on the job within hours of it being booked. That could have easily been resolved but the website and lack of customer support makes it impossible.

I have repeatedly called and messaged via the website (because that's the only mechanism they have to resolve booking issues) but got no response. When I found the customer service number, got a human and relayed the story, I was ghosted. Twice. And once via email from "Vicky with snappr customer support".

If you try to request a refund for the booking, it leads you to an article on how to rebook a photog you really liked.

There's no information telling the customer how to request a refund. Their website and customer service are complete failures.
