Can't speak to a damn customer service rrp

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Nothing happened; that's the damn problem nowadays. Too much for someone to pick up the phone.

All automated stuff. Trying to get ahold of dealers. They're about as useful as your automated stuff. They all say, 'Bring it in, bring it in.' Two bills just for them to look.

Two months later, it still isn't fixed and there are another two bills. If I could get a damn manual, I could fix it myself.

Have a 2014 SPX 42" deck. Have approx 6" wide high cut near discharge side. So have to cross cut to get a good looking mow.

Have two Snapper same year and 42" which cut the same. Not as bad with mulcher but still can see the streak of longer grass. Keep deck clean and blades sharp.

Hoping someone can help.

Preferred solution: A fix

User's recommendation: Like the Snappers-just not the cut!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Trying to get apart from my lawn mower. Part number 8400****.

Local dealership could be over a year before they get it in.

My grass just won't stop growing. I need a part ASAP.

Bad warranty and customer service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Snapper does not stand behind their product my battery stopped charging after 3 months getting nothing but the run around will never buy again I will go with a legitimate company I think their waiting for the warranty to run out so they dont have to do anything. Do not buy the battery powered lawnmower because the battery dies and its up to you to replace it even with a warranty

Worst warranty and customer service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

My battery from snapper lawnmower lasted 3 months. Wouldnt charge called to get a replacement because its under warranty and got nothing but the run around.

I guess their waiting for my warranty to be up so they dont have to stand by their product. I will NEVER buy snapper again Im going to buy from a company that actually has a good product this is junk

Newer metal deck snappers don't vacuum, might as well use it as a blower to clean my pool deck, only problem is it blows grass clipping into the pool. Had a Craftsmen that did that.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The vacuum ability of metal decks. Not worth a damn.

Used to use a earlier plastic deck snapper and it vacuumed like no tomorrow. Talked to the local dealer and was told the bag is probably clogged, nope bag is fine. Have also installed a high lift blade with wings and that doesn;t work either. It's almost like the motor is running backwards, and yes the blade is installed correctly.

My mower is a 21 inch self propelled hi-vac(hi-vac what a joke) It has had either sharpened and new blades installed at various times.

The original blade was what was installed when I bought it, no wings. The real old plastic deck unit I used to use had just a normal blade on it and it would would not throw any grass on the pool decking at my fathers house, and it would pick up and cut longer thing within the lawn, this new one will not, in other words it does not vacuum the lawn either.

Preferred solution: I just want the mower to do what it is supposed to do. Tired of grass clippings in the pool. I bought this as the Craftsman was doing the same thing. I sure didn't need to spend the 700.00 I spent on this piece of crap.

User's recommendation: Don't buy if a metal deck, which is all there is now.
