We are long-standing customers of Snappa with thousands of graphics stored on your platform. We originally became customers under the email address michael.shane@***.co.uk, and when that brand was superseded by Mi Crow (mi-crow.com), the account was transferred over to michael@***i-crow.com.
I have been using the michael@***i-crow.com address to log in to Snappa, but now, when I try to do so, it returns a message to say that this address is not registered.
You'll understand my frustration at this as we need access to our graphics and this access is needed urgently. May I kindly ask that you give this your most urgent attention?
