Worst cancelation policy
They have the worst cancelation and refund policy. They are sneaky about the end of the free trial period: they don't inform you that you will be charged, they charge you and then refuse to refund.
Even if you reach out within 5 min after receiving their invoice.
This is terrible customer service. Terrible.
