I have tried several ways to contact snapbuy about the vacuum cleaner I ordered with no luck. Shipping in 5-7 business days has passed.

Purchase
My vacuum does not pick.up.like it says it does. I have to.go.over my floors a few times.
Battery only lasts 30-40 min. Cannot even finish vacuuming my whole house without having to stop and wait for it to recharge. I want a refund. I have purchased the warranty also.
I am not happy with it at all!
Hard to contact customer service. The phone number listed does not even go thru.

Resolved: They are scamming people including me! Over 340.00
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I wrote them a strong email and they paid attention to me and refunded. My money did not refund the $40 that I spent to ship it back to them and they didn’t accept, but I did get my money back for the vacuum so I donated it to a shelter.
They don't have customer service! No returns.
I have been working on returns for one month. They gave me an address, and I mailed the vacuum back at my cost. No access to this business. That was planned.
It now came back to me with no refund.
They have scammed hundreds of people. Don't buy anything that they have.
