PCN company operating in car park is rogue and happy to fine extortionate amounts of money from gym members. Steer clear.

This is probably the worst gym in West London, UK. I never had so bad experience with an unprofessional opening, equipment, unisex changing rooms, lack of hangers, faulty pipes, manager approach, misleading advertising and cancellation process. I signed up in May online in good faith that it will be opened in mid of June and as advertised, the gym finally was opened at the end of July and I had the opportunity to discover for the first time that the gym is not 24/7, had a unisex changing room which is very inconvenient and most people do not like it, the lockers are so small without hangers so if you come in the nice suit and shirt you will need to iron everything, the equipment was not delivered on time, some machines were not ready, one waste pipe broke and some *** almost hit the girl on the bike, the cancellation process is very complicated, so before you join this gym think 3 times. Maybe in the future, they will improve but at the moment better to avoid.
