Rogue PCN company working on premises

PCN company operating in car park is rogue and happy to fine extortionate amounts of money from gym members. Steer clear.

Unprofessional opening, equipment, unisex changing rooms and cancellation process.

This is probably the worst gym in West London, UK. I never had so bad experience with an unprofessional opening, equipment, unisex changing rooms, lack of hangers, faulty pipes, manager approach, misleading advertising and cancellation process. I signed up in May online in good faith that it will be opened in mid of June and as advertised, the gym finally was opened at the end of July and I had the opportunity to discover for the first time that the gym is not 24/7, had a unisex changing room which is very inconvenient and most people do not like it, the lockers are so small without hangers so if you come in the nice suit and shirt you will need to iron everything, the equipment was not delivered on time, some machines were not ready, one waste pipe broke and some *** almost hit the girl on the bike, the cancellation process is very complicated, so before you join this gym think 3 times. Maybe in the future, they will improve but at the moment better to avoid.

Awful

If I could give Snap Fitness in Exeter 0 stars then I would. Absolutely shocking customer service. Repeated charges even after cancellation and refusing to acknowledge their mistakes leaving me out of pocket. Vile company that don’t care about their customers at all. Avoid like the plague!

Ring bank cancel card for new

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
if you want to quit just ring your bank and change your card ,explain snap fitness take money out and its not a direct debit or standing order and that they have your bank details. they then cannot get any money out because new acc nb then send email to snap fitness saying your quitting. peoples faults are by not changing card so that snap fitness dip into your bank but they cant once you have a new account nb This gym is making more enemies and will lose alot of customers because of many money problems also they say no contract which is lies they get you sneakly to sign for the access card but really its a contract anyways good luck this is the only way you can stop them by ringing bank.

Nice staff but watch with this company! Lots of hidden cancellation clauses and customer services does not exist. I have been heavily ripped off here, emailed one of their many email addresses and cancelled my direct debit to find a month later that they had just taken more money...to top it off I cancel in the gym and I'm told that because 30 days from today is after the next payment date I have to pay again?!?!? Shocking! Not been in the place for about 7 weeks but charged until later July. Stay away!!!! Pure gym is 2 min away and have the price!
