No order received
I placed an order, money came out of my bank, still have not received it. I have emailed and had no reply.
What a surprise! No contact number to speak to anyone either. Now it's saying processing and on hold. I think I'm paying twice for the same order.
There's no chance I'm contacting the bank to get my money back. I wouldn't bother ordering again; I heard good things until this.

Cancelled my subscription weeks and weeks ago, sent numerous emails, all ignored. No response and they are still taking money from my account. Avoid this bunch of con men.
