They are not answering my emails
In June, I had two payments taken, and they answered, saying they hadn't taken two and needed proof. I sent them a screenshot of the two payments going out of my account, but they have not answered my many emails since. I am at my wits' end and really need a phone number, but apparently, they do not have one.

I placed an order, money came out of my bank, still have not received it. I have emailed and had no reply.
What a surprise! No contact number to speak to anyone either. Now it's saying processing and on hold. I think I'm paying twice for the same order.
There's no chance I'm contacting the bank to get my money back. I wouldn't bother ordering again; I heard good things until this.
