My father-in-law had his credit card number stolen and $586 in merchandise was charged to his card. He did not, nor family member authorize these charges. The bank has been notified, they are looking

The box with the chips was all damaged and looked like the top of the book was half open. One bag of the chips was opened and spilled all over the box.
The other 2 bags are crushed into small pieces.
Please refund me for the 3 bags of chips. Thank you.

Ordering from snack has been *** My chip has been smashed in the first couple of boxes, and in the last box, chips were missing and the box was open. I tried sending an email and received no reply at all.
Now, chips are missing this time. I don't know if I will order again because snack acts like they don't care.
