DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, WATCH OUT, CAN NOT GET MY MONEY BACK

Hey guys I HEAR YOU. I have shopped with them for many yrs, I ordered a parcel one time all the stones were accent stones, chipped, broken, etc. NEVER ORDERED THEM AGAIN. I have gotten some decent stuff, but you must be careful. I would never buy anything over $100.00 from them. Just recently I have been having way to many bad things happening so I decided to contact the owner MR. Manuj Parwal, HMM MUST BE A NICE GUY, , , I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM...GUESS THEY WOULD RATHER LOSE ANOTHER CUSTOMER, THEN TRY AND COME TO SOMEKIND OF AGREEMENT. OH, , AND they do not accept paypal or credit cards in fear of customer disputing the charges and if you are successful to get them to a refund, they charge 25% re stocking fees ! Time for me to move on, , , don't think I will be shopping there anymore either. He is doing business under many names – SMRJ Auctions, LA Gems & Diamonds, A nice gift for you, Shivum Jewelry Outlet inc., Parwal Gems inc., 88 East of the West Auctions. Don’t fall in his trap that is why he uses many names.
