They want accept my phone number. So I can verify that it is me so I can redeem my points
I had to verity my name and my email all that was good it went through but when I put my phone number in it didn't go through, and that the phone number I use with S'more before. And now they said they don't Recognize my phone number ant they trying to tell me the problem is on my end.
Is not the email they accept I don't use it at all for nothing. I use christchild56@***.com

You're supposed to earn points for gift cards that you use your earned points for in playing games, lock screen, watching videos. I redeemed my points for an Amazon gift card and still haven't received it in my email connected to my 'more account. They say it will be received in 5 business days but it's passed.

I may use s'more again if they can show good faith and earn back my trust by giving me the gift cards I redeemed points for but never received to date.
I have submitted reward points for rewards two to three times, in a row without receiving any; As a result I am seriously considering canceling my my account and deleting the app and having nothing more to do with s'more. I desire to find a resolution before I make a decision.
I appreciate your assistance in assisting in resolving the matter.
