I was robbed by your employees

Your employees robbed me!! First I paid with cash and they said they needed to refund me because they had no money for change.

They said either exact price or a card; a sign would have been very helpful!! Then my husband used his card and tapped it. The transaction went through. I looked at my receipt and there was a tip on there.

I asked the employee why and she said my husband pushed the button to okay the tip, which he did not!! He tapped his card and the transaction went through; he pressed nothing! I said, well, I want my money back, and she went on to say she didn't know how to do that!! So you have no money in your register and you don't even know how to refund??

Why are they even employed?? I want my money back!! I will never go back to this location again, and if you have access to my app, you will see I am always there.

Since Amanda and Terrell left, this place has gone down!! Horrible, horrible service!!

Preferred solution: I know it's not a lot of money, but there's a point here that needs to be addressed. How many people do they do this to daily?? Do they do it on purpose so they bank on tips at the end of the day!!

I rather go to planet smoothie.

I created an online order on 3/15/2025 at 11:05 am EST. I got to Smoothie King around 11:15 am EST, and approaching 12:00 pm EST I still hadn't gotten my smoothie.

I asked the manager for a refund, and she told me it'll be 25 mins before she would go and process the refund on top of how long I already waited. I was never asked my name and what I was waiting on, but when I went to cancel the order, she showed me that my order had been sitting at the blender the whole time.

She said either I take the smoothie or wait 25 minutes, and I refuse to wait for a refund for 25 minutes when I've already been inconvenienced enough. I would like a refund expeditiously.

I ordered two smoothies for my son then he changed his mind, but I ask the cashier was the smoothie made, yet she said no but charged my card already, and she said she would ask the manager to void it So manager had an attitude and told me next time know what I want to order before I come because I'm causing them $16 to throw it away so I told her that I have a right to change my mind and I said it was no problem if it was already made that I would have purchased it, but she still told me next time know what I want I felt like that was rude and very unprofessional for her to talk to me in that tone of manner the location is Mobile Alabama on Airport I went there on October 8, 2024, around 5:30. The manager at the location was a white female with blonde hair.

She did void the transaction and refund my money, but she was still unprofessional The cashier was very nice and the pilot apologetic if she messed up the order, but I have no issue with her. It was with her manager not the cashier she was very respectful The manager t is very rude with employees around so how is she teaching her employees to be respectful to customers
