Smooth Aire in Bloomington CA - Avoid
I met Smoothe Aire at the Home Show in Riverside, CA. They agreed to do a tune up on my air system for $55. When I called to make an appointment, I was told they would have to call me back. They never called. So I would call again to be told they would call me in a few days. No call. I finally called and was able to make an appointment for a Friday from 1-5 p.m. I made arrangements to be home and called at 3 to check they were coming. Oh yes, he'll be there by 5. At 5, no guy so I called and was told they would call their guy and call us back. No call. At 5:30 I called and got voice mail that was full. The next day I called and got a guy who said he didn't hear about them not making it to my house until late and that they were real busy. He then told me I couldn't expect them to honor the $55 tune up because it was late in the season. I tried to explain that it was their fault it was late in the season because they would never call me back. In the middle of my explication, he hung up on me. When I called back, he wouldn't answer and I was sent to...you guessed it.... a full voicemail box. I attempted to resolve this by writing them a letter giving them a chance to right their wrong, but again I got no response. So here I am, letting anyone who will listen know. They are unreliable, rude, and fraudulent. In all my dealings with them they NEVER once called me back when they said they would. Never responded to my letter. And worse of all, hung up on me!
