If this rating had an option of no star that is what they would be getting from me (unrespectful, rude, absolutely poor customer service). I went in there the night of 01/09/2023 at approximately 7:00pm after i had called before i drove all the way of town to pick up certain pods (which i pick up several due to not making it into town very often) and they answer and I had ask if they have them i stock before I went because there usually always out of the pods I need, the lady repeats what pods I had said and she goes yes and I asked how many they might have and she said whole box and they come 10 in a box and I said ok awesome.

I arrived and went in and asked for those pods she goes we don't have the. Ones and I said I just called and you claimed you had some which was a whole box of them. And she goes well we just don't have any with an attitude. And I go ok how much is a box of .8 mesh and she said 9.99 per box which was right because that what I usually buy them for at the store I prefer to go to.

She then gets up to the till, and i asked where do i put in my number for the mobile rewards and she goes it down because there in process of switch new systems and i said ok so i can eventually get my rewards for this transaction and she goes no i just got done telling you out machine is down rolling her eyes and being just plain rude to me and continues with transaction as my fiance was going to get all 10 boxes which are (3pk) pods, the other worker was sitting in the back room and the pregnant lady had called her up front idk if she was training her or not but she proceeded to ring them up, my fiance seen it got to 300 and some odd dollars and he questioned her why it was so much and tried telling my fiance (as I walked back out to my vehicle to wait) that she was charging him 9.99 per pod in each box ( which was wrong because they come are 9.99 for 3 in a pack). And then she said "that's why I was surprised you wanted the whole box", so he got 4 boxes out of the 12 boxes she technically charged us for which came out to 128.87 due to her charging him per pod in the box. She gave him a bag and never asked for the receipt, so I walked back in there to get the receipt because I knew something was not right with the transaction and there were no signs stating 9.99 per pod where they were sitting either, any other place I have gone myself always charged me 9.99 per box not per pod. I have even paid per box in there the first time buying my vape device.

So I walked back in there and she was sitting behind the tills on her phone and I go hey you had charged us wrong for these pods, and she got snotty with me and goes no I have explained to him what I did, and I continue to tell her it was not right and explain to her on the receipt and she kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me speak and explain to her that it wasn't right. So then I told her I want my money refunded and I do not want the pods and she goes a snotty again and says well I gotta call my manager because I don't know how to do a refund on this new system and to see if I can even refund them. So she was pacing behind the tills walking in circles and so forth while on the phone with the manager, then she had to FaceTime him to see what the final step she does on the till, I had to run back out to my vehicle to grab the card I used to pay for it and as I walked back in she told her manager to not talk right now since ehe was in speaker which I'm sure because I was standing there hearing it all. I swiped my card to get it put back on the card and she goes ur money should be there with in 2 to 4 businesses day and gave my refunded receipt to me and said If I had problems to give them a call.

She was very snotty, and very rude!!! Her customer service should be dealing customers or behind a counter working the registers.

We were treated like crap and being ripped off alot of money for the product we were even getting that we paid for. A person might as well continue to smoke a cigarette and get two cartons for the price of 9.99 per pod.

Scans your drivers licenses into a data base without your consent

Forced to give drivers license information to go into a data base without consent. This information has my drivers license info, my address, and my birth date.

This information can be sold to third parties and from there can be used by who ever for what ever reason.

This company requests this information without explaining what the information is used for or who the information goes too. That is not legal.
