I purchased one unit in December 2009 for my wife at a Kiosk in Lynnwood, WA, with 1 year mfg guarantee. By late January it had broken, we were able to exchange it. By June 2010 it brok again. We have left emails, and had phone calls with the mfg (kiosk is GONE!!), each time we were told we would have return authorization, here it is SEPTEMBER 2010 and STILL NO RETURN AUTHORIZATION. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. They will NOT support it .. or they don't give a *** about customer service! WE DEMAND THAT YOU HONOR YOUR WARRANTY NOW OR WE WILL REFER YOU TO LEGAL, BBB and ATTY GENERALS.
