- - Initially thought it was great.
- - Cartomizers lasted 2 days; cartridges taste burnt and last puffs.
- - They won't refund or replace defective gear.
Initially I thought this was a great product, they were helpful and the cartomizers I received lasted 2 days. Now I'm receiving cartridges that taste like burned metal and only last a few puffs.
They will not refund or replace defective equipment. I spent hundreds of dollars buying all the extra chargers, cases, and batteries only to have them die within months. They will only give you a "gee I'm sorry" if you call to complain.
If you choose to try out an electronic cigarette I recommend you do your homework and research before you buy. Stay away from Smoke Free brand products...
