No confirmation of my order

It has been 6 days and I haven't received an order number or anything. I have found it very difficult to contact anyone through emails or phone calls. I feel that I have wasted my money!!!

Not worth it

So even though Smoke Cartel had received my complaint through the Pissed forum, they still chose not to resolve the issue or even contact to try to remedy anything. So I guess I'm gonna have to take the monetary loss and maybe take the defective products apart and make one that may work for a minute.

I have 2 yo an Draco grinders I purchased from you the original worked for half a bud grind before the grinder broke into several pieces, the replacement you sent me doesnt work at all charged it n nothing no power just trash. I asked you to send me an OnGrocnk manual grinder but no response several weeks later and my disabled fingers are still using scissors. ThanksAngry

High tide inc is the parent company so go to their website and you can see all company names they operate under.

I bought an item from them, and they never delivered it. Their site then showed that it had been refunded to my account.

That was a month ago, and I have yet to receive anything back. I have called and emailed them multiple times with no response.

I have written a letter that I am going to send to them to demand payment. If they do not respond to this letter, then the next step will be legal action.
