Poor product help
Purchased a cargo net for my JK jeep and while putting it on realize that the instruction manual left a lot to be desired! It came with the phone number for help line which I called and was put on hold for over 15 to 20 minutes without anyone answering. I tried calling back later in the day with the same results Reason I was calling was I had concerns about the plastic bits that came with the cover and the mounting a certain straps.
User's recommendation: Spend a little more money for a better made easier to install cargo cover
