Service help
Hello the people that work in shipping need to a revaluation of yall standard operation procedure. How do yall load a trailer set it out for a pickup without checking the fuel level of the trailer unit and temperature was suppose to be 32 yet when we arrived it was at 51.
Secondly when we reported the issue the shipping personal got mad at us as drivers. Third we was told to come back so they can check the load, waited in a door for 3 hours noone check the load yet gave us a new seal and said it was good.
When you have a place of business where there are more than 3 black folks expect the service to be trash and less than standard. It was at the Tar Heel facility
