Will never buy a vw again
- Bought 6 VWs from Plainville dealer; now own a 2013 Tiguan.
- Warranty doesn't cover carbon build-up misfire.
- Dealer won't lower the $800 repair price.
I bought 6 vw from a dealer in plainville Ct. and they were usually ok to deal with , now I have a 2013 Tiguan I got for my son .
It was used and I got him an extended warranty which never seems to cover anything . Well tiguans are know for carbon build up and the car starts to misfire . I brought it to the dealer and they said the warranty doesn’t cover this . I said I’m making payments on this car and I got an extended warranty that doesn’t cover anything ..
I’m dropping off the car to get fixed now and pay 800 dollars and the dealer won’t work with me on this price ..
I will trade my cars in at a different dealer and not deal with vw again ... I will make sure I post this on all social media and tell all my coworkers .
- I am waiting to be contacted
- Custimarer care
- I have had no responce
Preferred solution: Price reduction
