Questionmy home warranty not being properly repaired

- - Smith Douglas not backing 30-day or 1-year warranty.
Highly unsatisfied with the building of my home. The time it takes for someone to address a warranty issue is below standard of good.
I’ve had some other neighbors say they’ve commented on BBB and Smith Douglas website about issues not getting addressed and completed. If I could sell and make a profit, I would leave this house
My home warranty person is not addressing a problem that is structural with pipes. Thats only one problem since this house was built and I moved in January 9 of 2024.
Im the only home with multiple problems and Im not getting any resolution.
I need to speak to someone other than one Warranty person from my home. Smith Douglas is not standing up in backing their promises about 30 day warranty nor one year warranty.
